About Me

Serving the students and families of Panola Schools for the past twenty-five years has been both a privilege and an honor. I currently serve as Principal of Panola Early College High School and Technology Coordinator for the district.

The greatest joy of my career in education has been the relationships I have built with students throughout the years. Nothing is more rewarding than reconnecting with former students and learning about their accomplishments, successes, and the positive impact they are making in their communities.

My educational background includes an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Panola College, a Bachelor of Business Administration from LeTourneau University, and a Master of Education degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.

I have been blessed to share forty-two wonderful years of marriage with my wife, Karen. Together, we are the proud parents of four children: our daughter Scarlett and her husband Edwin, and our son Grant and his wife April. We are also the proud grandparents of three grandsons—Knox, Forest, and Ember—and one granddaughter, Willow.

God has richly blessed our family through the years, and it is my sincere desire to always strive for excellence in everything I do.
